Retail/Financial Auditing involves counting the physical inventory of your store using specialized equipment and then processing the data to give you a complete report at the conclusion of the count to show comparisons with the previous inventory results. Typically this type of inventory provides a compilation of inventory value, by department and section at retail.
Hospital Inventory and Asset Tracking for inventory tracking and compliance audits. Barcode development and RFID Integration is also available.
SKU/UPC Auditing provides the customer with a list of items in inventory as well as the quantity of each item by scanning the item's bar codes. Values and item descriptions are also available. The final listing is left with the customer at the end of the inventory count and can even be accessed online from AIS's server at your convenience.
Change of Ownership Auditing can be the most important inventory a business owner will ever have done. It is through this process that the buyer and seller come to agreement as to the value of the business and its inventory. This type of inventory is similar to a Financial Inventory but also includes a valuation of the business's supplies and facilities.
Price Verification is completed through the use of SKU/UPC Auditing along with the customer's willingness and ability to provide up to date and accurate software listings of each UPC code and its appropriate price. Upon completion of the audit our customer is presented with a list of all incorrectly priced items in the retail location which are flagged, facilitating the customer taking corrective action. Alternatively, we can generate new price labels as our crews encounter incorrect prices. This service may be combined with a Financial Inventory at a lower cost than performing these functions separately and is often called Master File Verification.
Top 100 Tracking is AIS's version of the true Cycle Count Audit. This is a specific product tracking or a randomized sampling, on a weekly or monthly basis, to provide management a precursor or potential problems.
Presentation Verification involves sending an AIS employee to your place of business for the purpose of evaluating the quality of the customer service and the appearance and cleanliness of the store, up to and including digital images of facilities. We can also check for security problems and are able to notify an appropriate contact person. This service gives you peace of mind, secure in the knowledge that your employees are treating your customers the right way, even when you are not present.
